Thank you for your interest in The Bedford, Morison, and Cordery Almshouses Charity. Your support and contribution will directly fund the work we do to support our almshouse residents and Watford Almshouses. Almshouses are a part of our national heritage. The Bedford almshouses are a beautiful and historical Grade II listed building that needs to be preserved and as needed modernised internally to provide 21st Century living for today’s residents in need of housing. Your contribution will help us do this. At a time when there is a severe shortage of affordable rental accommodation, the role of our charity is now more vital than ever. Your donation and contribution will help us continue to provide quality and affordable accommodation for 18 single men and women over 60 years old, in Watford.
